What brought you to Vaco? What drew your interest?
The recent purchase by Vaco, which bought the managed Services Division of India-based Company, Binary Semantics. Binary Semantics always encouraged employee growth and development. I expect this will continue even after this merger. I want to participate actively and productively in Vaco Binary growth with this new opportunity. To work on developing my abilities, attitudes, leadership, and initiative.

What’s the toughest business decision that you’ve ever made at this point in your career? Explain.
I worked as an entrepreneur for a year. It was to understand the startup environment in India & to be part of this new wave of business development. I left that work as we were running out of funds, but it was a great learning experience that always helps me understand client needs better.

Working on many different projects at client site Google - My work style is highly flexible. All of my projects require collaboration. I can juggle multiple projects at once with success.

What things do you find yourself doing that you said you’d never do?
Swimming in the sea. I am a mountain lover and never thought of doing this ever, but when I got the opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful islands in the world - Coron, Palawan I couldn’t stop myself. I enjoyed every second of it.
